As a COTE steering committee member, Paul and four other architects created a rich timeline of Portland’s environmental path. The research study “Portland – from Stumptown to Rose city” examined political, social and natural events that have helped turn Portland into one of the most progressive environmental cities in the USA. The research was displayed at the AIA gallery during the United States Green Building Council’s national convention.
