As a prefab consultant to SERA architects, PMa assisted in an in-depth study on the potential of using prefabricated modular construction to deliver cost effective, durable housing for low income families in Clackamas County. PMa was brought in to educate the committee on modular construction conventions as well as to be a liaison to several local modular builders.
