Van Evera Bailey Fellowship

Van Evera Bailey Research Fellowship, 2006

Traveling research studying PreFab technology

As a recipient of the 2006 Van Evera Bailey Fellowship, PMa began a body of research that continues within the practice today. The original grant included research of current, residential, international PreFab design and construction methods and suggested how these methods may help deliver housing that is more durable, attractive, affordable, healthy, and resource and energy efficient. The majority of research was gathered during a ten country, around the world tour of manufacturing facilities, architectural firms and development agencies.
