14 Parcels

Portland, Oregon     Project currently in design phase

14 Parcels is a collaboration of 14 architects and developer Kevin Cavenaugh. Each invited architect will be creating a single residence on a “micro site” for private clients, or on a speculative basis as rentals or condos. PMa has designed a 5 module prefabricated home to be built for a private client. The design incorporates several exterior spaces within the small house that pushes it’s edges to zero lot line on all four sides.
